I can have sex for 24 hours – Ken Okonkwo boasts

Unknown to many, Nollywood actor-cum-lawyer, Keneth Okonkwo is a trained and an ordained evangelist with over a decade experience in God’s vineyard.

Ken has no doubt proven himself as a force to reckon with in the highly competitive movie industry, globally known as Nollywood with over 100 flicks to his credit.

Aside his passion for acting and evangelism, Ken is also a ladies man who started enjoying their companies at a very tender age, “I started kissing at a very tender age because it was part of the things they were doing to me,” he told Entertainment Express during an interview in Asaba, Delta State.

In fact, the hunk said he could even ‘go in’ with a lady for 24 hours non-stop, an action he said has been attracting to ladies him.

Mavin record boss, Don Jazzy is undoubtedly a “GIVER” and he says he not just helps people but actually pays his Tithe.

2face Idibia was the special guest on Channels TV’s ’Rubbing Minds’ show on Sunday and there he talked about his marriage to Annie, on how huge his wedding was and why he ‘didn’t’ invite Blackface to his Dubai wedding, his peace initiative and his Forbe’s Top 10 African artistes placement.

On being added to the recently released Channel O/Forbes list of Africa’s most bankable artistes, 2face stated that he deserved to be on the list because he worked hard for his money.

He said “on the Forbes list, nobody asked me for any information, I don’t know their criteria. I work really hard for my money and I won’t apologise for that”

On what being married feels like, he said “I have known my wife for a long time so it is basically the same”

You will recall that Black face had said he wasn’t seen at 2face and Annie’s Dubai wedding because he wasn’t invited but 2face claimed otherwise “I actually invited Blackface for my wedding.” he said

Speaking on his peace initiative, 2face Idibia said “people that initiate conflict aren’t the ones that fight the battles. I am always about one love. Let’s use good to fight bad.”

“I wear mini skirts because I find my legs sexy”- Actress Ayo Adesanya

In a recent interview with PUNCH, movie star Ayo Adesanya explained why she loves wearing mini skirts.

“I am a bit on the big side and I wear what fits me. I know I have good legs and show them off. I find my legs sexy and I wear things that show them off too. I wear miniskirts and shorts when necessary.
I am lucky I have a good skin. I have used a couple of creams—some worked, some didn’t. My problem is my face because anytime I stay in the sun for too long, I break out! Unfortunately, I produce movies and could be in the sun working. Already, I am learning to deal with it.

”On her controversial marriage, she said

“I was never married to Goriola Hassan. We lived together and had a child. He is nine years old now. Reconciliation? I don’t want to talk about that. I have moved on and I guess he has moved on too. I am still young (in my 40s) and will definitely get married someday. But I am still learning because there are many things I need to know”

“Being a lawyer has always been my dream” – 9ice goes back to school

After having one of the most successful albums of all time, 9ice has decided to go back and pursue his career as a lawyer.

In a recent interview with Nigerian Tribune, the “Gongo Aso” crooner clearly stated that Being a lawyer was his biggest dream.

Your decision to leave school wouldn’t have gone down well with your parents, how did they react to it and what was constantly coming to your mind back then?

It was not an easy decision to make. There were days that I had to live in the studio. Talking about my parents’ reaction, I had to lie for a while, pretended as if all was well. Before my parents knew I wasn’t in school, it was too late to complain because I was already on TVs, making money and rocking shows all

Would you consider going back to school someday?

I’m in school already, studying public safety and Common Law at Capella university. It is an online programme. I can’t think of any other course except law.

Would you trade your being famous for something else if you look at some of the bad side of fame that you have experienced over time?

Yes, I will love to trade fame with some silent life that does not arrogate too much attention to one, but it has got nothing to do with any bad experience. No matter what you do or who you are, there’s always a difficult time and life challenges that you can’t run away from. But I will really love to trade because I wish to be a lawyer.That has always been my dream.

Do you think life would have been different for you should you have been a lawyer?
Honestly, life as a normal person is fine and more wonderful, free, fair and peaceful. But as a public figure, you enjoy more and you pay more in terms of the price you pay for being famous. If I come to this world again, I would prefer normal life.

8-year-old bride dies from injuries after wedding night sex with 40-year-old husband

An eight year old bride, Rawan, in Yemen died from internal injuries on her wedding night, bleeding to death after deep vaginal tearing caused by sex with her 40 year old husband.

She died in Hardh in the governorate of Hajjah in northwestern Yemen, according to a report issued by UPI on Sunday, Sept. 8.

Yemeni activists urged the local police to arrest the “beastly groom” and the girl’s family and transfer them to a court where justice would be served and the case would be used to help put an end to the practice of marrying very young girls in the impoverished country, the daily said.

In Kuwait, bloggers offered their prayers for the “bride”, but lashed out at the “groom”, saying that he was a beast who should be severely punished.

“I was frustrated” Nollywood actress sentenced to 2 months imprisonment for stealing iPad and iPhone

Oops! A certain Nancy Ndukwe – an Abuja-based upcoming actress – has been sentenced to two months imprisonment for stealing her friend’s – Nancy Njoku – properties worth N190,000 in Abuja. The items stolen included an I-pad (N100,000), I-phone (N50,000) and Jewellery (N40,000) summing up to N190,000.

Confirming the story, a Divisional Police Officer Rabiu Sabiu disclosed that after investigations, the above items were found in Nancy’s possession and she was charged to court on Friday, September 6.

The 26-year-old lady pleaded guilty to the charge ‘I stole the items due to frustration. I have a one-year-old son to cater for. I am sorry and I promise not to do such again’.

Presiding over the case, Magistrate Celestine Odo of the Abuja Senior Magistrate Court, Karu, sentenced her to a two-month imprisonment with an option of a six thousand naira fine as substitute.

The Press destroyed my relationship – Rita Dominic finally opens up on her love life

Rita Dominic is a top actress in Nollywood. Her movie career spans more than a decade with scores of high profile movies she has starred in.

She recently co-produced her first movie “The Meeting”.

On this episode of The Juice Rita shares with Toolz her earlier dreams as an actress, relationship and her future goals.

Rita says she can’t imagine herself doing anything else apart from acting.

Oh and then she finally revealed why she doesn’t talk about her personal life, she said “I don’t talk about my personal life because some years ago, I was in this relationship that became public, and the press killed it! The relationship didn’t work out because of the press cos they put a lot of pressure on it.”

Then she goes on to talk about her second relationship that lasted for 4 years, how they almost got married, then they broke up.

She got into another relationship, it lasted a year then they broke up again.

That was when she now decided to pour her passion into producing great movies.

The second guy is back now though, she says he’s not a celebrity and ‘maybe’ is based abroad.
